Our goal is for every customer to be totally happy with their purchase. Though opened packaging cannot be returned since it's perishable. Also, we try to ship as much of our small orders as we can for free. This means we cannot pay for returns. For our full policy, we refer to the 'Return policy' button at the bottom of the page.

We strive to deliver your coffee between 2 to 6 weeks after roasting, for peak freshness and with that, peak taste.

Workday orders will be shipped the same day or the following day at the latest. When done, you'll receive an email with confirmation and track and trace code. From there, the PostNL mostly delivers your beans within 1 or 2 days.
